Creative Heart Healer is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website. In particular, it important that you are aware that Creative Heart Healer does not sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don't do that sort of thing, but just so you know for sure we have provided lots of detailed information in our privacy policy, including when and why we collect your information, how we use it and the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT
As part of registration for the monthly newsletter, free courses and other freebies on the website, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you all the good stuff you have asked for; to contact you if we need to provide or obtain additional information; to check our records are right every now and then. We don't ever rent or trade email lists with other organisations or businesses.
We use a third-party provider to deliver emails, Flodesk. For more information you can view Flodesk’s Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. Or you can email creativehearthealer@gmail.com to request to be removed and have your details deleted.
To enrol in any of our courses, we will collect your personal information. We use a third-party provider, Teachable. For more information you can view Teachable's Privacy Notice.
When you purchase something from our shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our shop, new products and other updates.
Our online shop is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
Once you leave our shop’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
For each third-party we use, you can click to view their Privacy Policy. We use Stripe and Paypal as our payment gateway. We use Teachable to host our courses. We use Flodesk for our email provider.
COOKIES
Our online shop is built using Squarespace and Stripe, for more information on cookies that may be stored on your computer, please refer to their privacy policies - links above.
DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our terms of use.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
